For those wishing to upgrade their Explore Glazing gullwing window on the Toyota Land Cruiser Series 80, the Overlander Light is an optional enhancement. It is also compatible with the Explore Glazing sliding window.

It synergistically combines a collapsible table and window protection, allowing you to securely attach your expedition equipment to your vehicle.

Specially designed for Explore Glazing windows, the Overlander Light seamlessly integrates hinges and locks into the aluminum window profile. This innovation guarantees no damage to the vehicle's body from mounting holes and prevents the onset of rust in concealed areas.

Product features:

• Manufactured from a 5 mm aluminum plate and finished with a high-quality industrial black powder coating (RAL 9005) like other Explore Glazing products.
• Detachable and adjustable straps with stainless steel hooks offer flexible opening angles or full folding for unrestricted access to your vehicle.
• With a minimal mounting height of 16 mm on the window, the Overlander Light provides additional equipment mounting options without obstructing rear visibility.
• Equipped with numerous attachment points for lashing straps and airline rails (L-track).
• Features a hole pattern consistent with the design of Explore Glazing window guards, ensuring a uniform and harmonious appearance while allowing abundant daylight into your vehicle.

The Explore Overlander Light can be additionally customized with:

• Airline rails, a distinctive extrusion profile, coated with the same industrial powder as our other products (RAL 9005)

Installation

This product is supplied as a do-it-yourself kit and includes the following components:

• Aluminum plate
• Hinges, zinc die-casting, black coated, with parts of stainless steel
• Locking bolts (fastenings), zinc die-casting, black coated, with parts of stainless steel and stainless steel closing brackets
• Attachment straps with stainless steel hooks

For the assembly, you will need a set of tools, consisting of:

• Drill 4.2
• Drill 5.0
• Tap M5
• Pin-in torx bit

This assembly set is not included in the delivery but is offered as standard with your quote request.
