Delivery Terms: Our products are shipped worldwide via our logistics partners. Delivery time may vary depending on the destination. Delivery is carried out according to the DAP Incoterm, with the buyer responsible for any import duties and taxes.

Payment: Payments are in advance and exclusively via regular bank transfer. We do not offer alternative payment methods. A proforma invoice will be sent via email once the order is ready for shipment, at which time payment will be requested.

Return Policy: We accept returns in accordance with applicable legislation. Consumers have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original condition. Specific details on the return process can be found in our return policy.
