Return Policy & Right of Withdrawal
1. Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason. This withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you physically receive the product.
2. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us via a clear statement (e.g., by email or letter) about your decision to withdraw from the contract. Please include the following information:
- Your name, address, and (if applicable) email address
- Order number and order details
- Reason for return (optional)
3. Return Conditions
We only accept returns of unused and undamaged goods. If the returned product shows signs of use or damage, we reserve the right to refuse the return or charge for the depreciation in value.
4. Consequences of Withdrawal
After receiving your withdrawal request, you will receive a confirmation and instructions for returning the products. You will receive a full refund, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the return. We will use the same payment method that was used for the original transaction.
5. Return Costs and Responsibility
Return shipping costs are at your own expense unless otherwise stated. Please note that any damage during return shipment is at your own risk and responsibility. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are manufactured to order based on vehicle-specific data or individual dimensions, such as glass type, window model, or mounting position.
We work with semi-finished components and only assemble once you have provided written confirmation of our quotation or specified dimensions. This approach allows us to produce efficiently and according to your specific needs.
In accordance with Article 6:230p sub f of the Dutch Civil Code, the right of withdrawal is not applicable to such orders, as they concern:
- products that are not prefabricated,
- and that are manufactured based on an individual consumer choice.
Returns are only accepted in the case of demonstrable product defects or transport damage.
