This window guard is custom-made for the Explore Glazing sliding window on the Toyota Land Cruiser Series 80. Mounted externally on the aluminium window frame, it shields the glass from branches, stones and other hazards during offroad driving or utility work.

The sliding function remains fully operational. The guard is designed not to touch the glass and has no effect on window ventilation or movement.

Built from 3 mm CNC-cut aluminium, it features a black powder-coated finish (RAL 9005). The industrial-grade coating is UV-stable and resistant to weather-related fading. Designed for precision fitment on the sliding window frame.

Installation

Mounted directly to the outer aluminium frame. Installation requires:

• Ø 4.2 mm drill
• Ø 5.0 mm drill
• M5 thread tap
• Tamper-resistant Torx bit
