Glass gullwing window for the front side of the Toyota Land Cruiser 75 or 78 Series. Mounted in place of the original window. Opens upwards for quick access to gear or storage. Designed for harsh conditions, with factory-like fit and no body modifications required — except flattening the outer flange for a proper seal.

Installation

The aluminium gullwing window is mounted in the original side window opening. The flange of the bodywork, where the original window was fitted, is slightly curved and must be flattened to ensure a proper and even seal.

The inner and outer body panels of the vehicle are spot welded, which may result in small variations in hole dimensions. Carefully centre the window during installation.

The window seals against the body using a closed-cell neoprene foam insert and is secured with M4×20 stainless steel screws and adhesive. No cutting or welding required. Supplied fully pre-assembled.

A mounting kit is available on request and includes:

• 4.2 mm drill bit
• Cartridge of professional sealant
• Brush
• Rubber tool for removing excess sealant

Black powder-coated stainless screws are available as an option and are quoted by default.
