Mercedes G-Class – window guard – halfdrop window (swing-out)

The window guard is an option on the Explore Glazing sliding or half-drop window and has been developed entirely on our own aluminum profiles, with the following unique features:

• Unique design, which exactly follows the contours of the window profile.
• Fixation on the window profile with the following advantages:
  • the bodywork is not damaged by mounting holes;
  • easy to return to its original state.

The window guard is made of a 3 mm aluminum plate and provided with the same industrial black powder coating as the Explore Glazing windows (colour RAL9005).

Installation

For mounting on the Explore Glazing window, use the supplied M5*12 torx security screws, so that it cannot be removed from outside without the right tools. 

You need a mounting set, which consists of:

• drill 4.2
• drill 5.0
• tap M5
• Torx bit (tamper-resistant)

The mounting set is offered as standard with your quotation request.
