Suzuki Jimny FJ - Explore Overlander Light - neerklapbare raambeschermer / tafel

De Explore Overlander Light is een optionele neerklapbare tafel en raambeschermer voor Explore Glazing gullwing- en schuiframen van de Suzuki Jimny FJ (JB43).
Het product combineert bescherming van het raam met praktische bevestigingsmogelijkheden voor expeditie-uitrusting.

De Overlander Light wordt direct op het Explore Glazing-raamframe bevestigd, zonder te boren in de carrosserie. Hierdoor blijft de voertuigstructuur intact en worden roestproblemen voorkomen.
Dankzij het compacte ontwerp blijft het raam volledig functioneel.

  • Geschikt voor Explore Glazing gullwing-ramen (aluminium en glas) en schuiframen voor de Suzuki Jimny FJ (JB43).
    (Niet compatibel met originele (OEM) zijruiten.)

Constructie

  • De Explore Overlander Light is CNC-gesneden uit een 5 mm dikke aluminium plaat en voorzien van een duurzame matzwarte poedercoating (RAL 9005).
  • De bevestiging gebeurt rechtstreeks op het Explore Glazing-raamframe, zonder aanpassingen aan de carrosserie.
  • Verstelbare nylon banden met roestvrijstalen haken maken variabele openingshoeken of volledige neerklapping mogelijk.

  • Airline rails (L-track)
    Set van 2 stuks, aluminium EN AW-6063 T66, matzwarte poedercoating (RAL 9005).
    Afmetingen: 28 mm x 11 mm (B/H), gaten Ø 20 mm, tussenafstand 25 mm.
    Inclusief RVS montageschroeven M5x8.
  • Explore Overlander Pack
    Set bestaande uit:
    • 4 × single stud airline fitting (zwarte kunststof behuizing, 500 daN)
    • 4 × vlindersluitingen M8x25 (verzinkt staal)
    • 4 × vlindersluitingen M8x50 (verzinkt staal)
    • 4 × vergrendelbare M8 sterknoppen (zwart kunststof)
    • 2 × opvouwbare sleutels

Inbouw

De Explore Overlander Light wordt geleverd als doe-het-zelf montageset voor rechtstreekse bevestiging op Explore Glazing-ramen.

Benodigd gereedschap:

  • Ø 4,2 mm boor
  • Ø 5,0 mm boor
  • M5 tap
  • Tamper-resistant Torx bit

De montageset wordt standaard aangeboden in uw offerte.

Hello Explore Glazing, After years of restoring, the time had come this summer. Our Land Cruiser HJ61 Build is Road ready, and we were able to test our setup for the first time. Of course your Gullwings were there...we had just one opinion…of all the upgrades our vehicle has received, your windows are among our favorites. They give us quick and easy access to our luggage compartment. At the same time, we've come to appreciate the Overland Package. There's always a place to park things, which is unbeatable given the limited options in a camping situation. I’ve been running the Jimny Gullwing for a few years now and I’m still delighted with the fit and finish. I live near the coast with salty air that often takes its toll on metals. This Gullwing still looks like new, operates flawlessly. I opted for the drop table additional accessory and it’s something I use even more than the Gullwing window. At camp it makes for a super useful shelf and on the go it’s the perfect platform for a side-of-the-road coffee. 5* product and customer service to match. Cheers from the UK

I recently purchased a 2011 G550 with the gull wing windows and window guards installed. (There are photos of the vehicle on the website) I was in need of replacement spring latches as the terrible salt used on Montana roads had corroded the existing latches. I emailed Explore Glazing for help. My request was answered by Anja Seijn. She was very helpful and arranged getting the needed parts to me in Montana. The parts arrived yesterday via FedEx. My experience dealing with Explore Glazing was very positive. I am confident that should I have the need for parts or accessories in the future, Explore Glazing will be my first choice.
