Algemene Voorwaarden

Onze Algemene Voorwaarden bevatten essentiële informatie over de afspraken die gelden bij het gebruik van onze website en de aankoop van onze producten. Door een bestelling te plaatsen, gaat u akkoord met deze voorwaarden.

Inhoud van de Algemene Voorwaarden

  1. Leveringsvoorwaarden: Onze producten worden wereldwijd verzonden via onze logistieke partners. De levertijd kan variëren afhankelijk van de bestemming. Levering geschiedt volgens de DAP Incoterm, waarbij de koper verantwoordelijk is voor eventuele invoerrechten en belastingen.

  2. Betaling: Betalingen zijn op vooruitbetaling en uitsluitend via een normale bankoverschrijving. Wij bieden geen alternatieve betaalmethoden aan. Een proforma factuur wordt per e-mail verzonden zodra de bestelling klaar is voor verzending, waarna wij om betaling vragen.

  3. Retourbeleid: Wij accepteren retouren conform de geldende wetgeving. Consumenten hebben het recht om producten binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst te retourneren, mits ongebruikt en in originele staat. Specifieke details over het retourproces zijn te vinden in ons retourbeleid.

  4. Aansprakelijkheid: Wij zijn verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit van onze producten. In geval van een defect of probleem verzoeken wij de klant ons direct te informeren bij ontvangst. Onze aansprakelijkheid is beperkt tot de aankoopwaarde van het product en dekt geen indirecte schade.

  5. Garantie: Wij bieden 12 maanden garantie op materiaal- en productiefouten bij normaal gebruik. De garantie dekt geen schade door onjuist gebruik, montagefouten of externe factoren. Voor volledige details over de garantie verwijzen we naar onze garantievoorwaarden.

  6. Eigendomsvoorbehoud: Niet van toepassing.

Aangesloten bij de Koninklijke Metaalunie Explore Glazing is aangesloten bij de Koninklijke Metaalunie, waardoor de voorwaarden voor consumenten van toepassing zijn. Hiermee bent u verzekerd van professionele service en eerlijke voorwaarden.

Hello Explore Glazing, After years of restoring, the time had come this summer. Our Land Cruiser HJ61 Build is Road ready, and we were able to test our setup for the first time. Of course your Gullwings were there...we had just one opinion…of all the upgrades our vehicle has received, your windows are among our favorites. They give us quick and easy access to our luggage compartment. At the same time, we've come to appreciate the Overland Package. There's always a place to park things, which is unbeatable given the limited options in a camping situation. Your windows are airtight and don't let any water into the interior, the workmanship is top-notch, and they look absolutely stunning. Thank you Explore Glazing, you live in our hearts. Regards, ron

Explore Glazing makes excellent products to improve the functionality of vehicles. I have been very pleased with the sliding windows and guards that I ordered from them for my Jeep Wrangler. I’ve been running the Jimny Gullwing for a few years now and I’m still delighted with the fit and finish. I live near the coast with salty air that often takes its toll on metals. This Gullwing still looks like new, operates flawlessly. I opted for the drop table additional accessory and it’s something I use even more than the Gullwing window. At camp it makes for a super useful shelf and on the go it’s the perfect platform for a side-of-the-road coffee. 5* product and customer service to match. Cheers from the UK

I recently purchased a 2011 G550 with the gull wing windows and window guards installed. (There are photos of the vehicle on the website) I was in need of replacement spring latches as the terrible salt used on Montana roads had corroded the existing latches. I emailed Explore Glazing for help. My request was answered by Anja Seijn. She was very helpful and arranged getting the needed parts to me in Montana. The parts arrived yesterday via FedEx. My experience dealing with Explore Glazing was very positive. I am confident that should I have the need for parts or accessories in the future, Explore Glazing will be my first choice.
