Suzuki Jimny FJ - gullwing-raam - glas

Het glazen gullwing-raam voor de Suzuki Jimny FJ wordt gemonteerd in de originele zijruitopening, zonder aanpassingen aan de carrosserie.
Het raam bestaat uit een 5 mm dikke geharde veiligheidsglasplaat, gemonteerd in speciaal geëxtrudeerde aluminium profielen met een matzwarte poedercoating (RAL 9005).

De complete assemblage is voorgemonteerd en voorzien van vergrendelbare compressiesluitingen en gasveren voor een veilige en gecontroleerde werking.
Er zijn twee kleuropties beschikbaar: donkergrijs getint (LT 20%) en parsolgroen getint (LT 57%).

Dit gullwing-raam combineert dagelijkse functionaliteit met een nette, geïntegreerde uitstraling – ideaal voor overlanding, reizen en professioneel gebruik.

Constructie

  • Het gullwing-raam bestaat uit 5 mm gehard veiligheidsglas, gecertificeerd volgens ECE 43R en DOT.
  • Het glas is gemonteerd in speciaal geëxtrudeerde aluminium profielen met een duurzame matzwarte poedercoating (RAL 9005).
  • Vergrendelbare compressiesluitingen en gasveren zijn voorgemonteerd en zorgen voor een veilige en eenvoudige bediening.

Afmetingen

  • De afmetingen van het gullwing-raam komen exact overeen met de originele zijruiten, zodat montage mogelijk is zonder snijden of aanpassen van de carrosserie.

Let op: accessoires zijn uitsluitend compatibel met Explore Glazing gullwing-ramen, niet met originele (OEM) zijruiten.

Inbouw

  • Het raam wordt verlijmd in de originele zijruitopening met MS Screenbonder – een TÜV-gecertificeerde polymerenlijm.
  • Het montageoppervlak moet schoon, vlak en vrij van verontreinigingen zijn.

De lijm is standaard niet inbegrepen, maar wordt altijd aangeboden in uw offerte.

Waarschuwing

Hello Explore Glazing, After years of restoring, the time had come this summer. Our Land Cruiser HJ61 Build is Road ready, and we were able to test our setup for the first time. Of course your Gullwings were there...we had just one opinion…of all the upgrades our vehicle has received, your windows are among our favorites. They give us quick and easy access to our luggage compartment. At the same time, we've come to appreciate the Overland Package. There's always a place to park things, which is unbeatable given the limited options in a camping situation. I’ve been running the Jimny Gullwing for a few years now and I’m still delighted with the fit and finish. I live near the coast with salty air that often takes its toll on metals. This Gullwing still looks like new, operates flawlessly. I opted for the drop table additional accessory and it’s something I use even more than the Gullwing window. At camp it makes for a super useful shelf and on the go it’s the perfect platform for a side-of-the-road coffee. 5* product and customer service to match. Cheers from the UK

I recently purchased a 2011 G550 with the gull wing windows and window guards installed. (There are photos of the vehicle on the website) I was in need of replacement spring latches as the terrible salt used on Montana roads had corroded the existing latches. I emailed Explore Glazing for help. My request was answered by Anja Seijn. She was very helpful and arranged getting the needed parts to me in Montana. The parts arrived yesterday via FedEx. My experience dealing with Explore Glazing was very positive. I am confident that should I have the need for parts or accessories in the future, Explore Glazing will be my first choice.
