Toyota Land Cruiser 75- & 78-serie – gullwing raam aluminium (achterzijde)

Aluminium gullwing-raam voor de achterste zijruit van de Toyota Land Cruiser 75 of 78. Het raam opent omhoog en geeft directe toegang tot gereedschap, lading of kampeeruitrusting. Er zijn geen aanpassingen aan de carrosserie nodig: het raam vervangt het originele glas en volgt precies de vorm van de fabriekssponning — ideaal voor expeditievoertuigen en functionele inrichtingen.

De flens van de carrosserie waarop het originele raam is geplaatst, is licht gebogen en moet vlak worden gemaakt om een goede en gelijkmatige afdichting te garanderen.

  • Sluiting: twee vergrendelbare compressiesloten met geïntegreerde afdichting
  • Afdichting: TPE insert rubber met luchtkamers, ontwikkeld voor offroadgebruik

  • De opgegeven maten verwijzen naar de inbouwmaat. De totale buitenmaat steekt aan alle zijden 15 mm uit.
  • Locatie: achterste zijpaneel

Compatibele accessoires

Explore Overlander Light (neerklapbare tafel met beschermfunctie)

Deze accessoires zijn speciaal ontwikkeld voor Explore Glazing gullwing-ramen en zijn niet compatibel met originele of aftermarketproducten.

Deze aluminium uitvoering is ontworpen voor langdurig gebruik onder zware omstandigheden — van overlandreizen tot mobiele werkoplossingen.

 

Inbouw

Het aluminium gullwing-raam wordt gemonteerd in de originele uitsparing van de achterruit. De flens van de carrosserie waarop het originele raam is geplaatst, is licht gebogen en moet vlak worden gemaakt om een goede en gelijkmatige afdichting te garanderen. De binnen- en buitenplaten van de carrosserie zijn puntgelast, wat lichte variatie in de uitsparing kan veroorzaken. Centreer het raam zorgvuldig tijdens de montage.

Het raam wordt afgedicht met gesloten-cellig neopreen schuimrubber en bevestigd met M4×20 rvs schroeven en professionele lijmkit. Geen aanpassingen aan de carrosserie nodig. Het raam wordt volledig voorgemonteerd geleverd.

Een montageset is op aanvraag beschikbaar en bevat:

  • Boor Ø 4,2 mm
  • Koker Dowsil 791
  • Kwast
  • Afstrijkrubber voor de kit

Zwart gepoedercoate rvs schroeven kunnen als optie worden meegeleverd en worden standaard in de offerte opgenomen.

Montage dient nauwkeurig te gebeuren. Onjuiste montage kan schade of lekkage veroorzaken. Instructievideo’s zijn te vinden op het YouTube-kanaal van Explore Glazing.

Hello Explore Glazing, After years of restoring, the time had come this summer. Our Land Cruiser HJ61 Build is Road ready, and we were able to test our setup for the first time. Of course your Gullwings were there...we had just one opinion…of all the upgrades our vehicle has received, your windows are among our favorites. They give us quick and easy access to our luggage compartment. At the same time, we've come to appreciate the Overland Package. There's always a place to park things, which is unbeatable given the limited options in a camping situation. I’ve been running the Jimny Gullwing for a few years now and I’m still delighted with the fit and finish. I live near the coast with salty air that often takes its toll on metals. This Gullwing still looks like new, operates flawlessly. I opted for the drop table additional accessory and it’s something I use even more than the Gullwing window. I recently purchased a 2011 G550 with the gull wing windows and window guards installed. (There are photos of the vehicle on the website) I was in need of replacement spring latches as the terrible salt used on Montana roads had corroded the existing latches. I emailed Explore Glazing for help. My request was answered by Anja Seijn. She was very helpful and arranged getting the needed parts to me in Montana. The parts arrived yesterday via FedEx.
