Toyota Land Cruiser Series 80 - schuifraam

Dit schuifraam is speciaal ontworpen voor de Toyota Land Cruiser 80 Series en vervangt het originele zijraam aan de achterzijde. Het wordt gemonteerd in de bestaande carrosseriesponning met een klemsysteem, zonder te boren of permanente aanpassingen.

Het raam bestaat uit 4 mm gehard veiligheidsglas, gecertificeerd volgens ECE R43 en DOT. Het donkergrijze LT20%-glas zorgt voor extra privacy en verminderde warmte-instraling. Het aluminium frame is afgewerkt met een matte zwarte poedercoating (RAL 9005) en bevat een soepel lopend schuifmechanisme met snap-lock vergrendeling in meerdere standen.

Ideaal voor reizen en dagelijks gebruik, met controle over ventilatie zonder in te leveren op veiligheid of uitstraling.

Explore Overlander Light

Deze accessoires zijn exclusief ontworpen voor Explore Glazing-ramen en passen niet op originele of andere aftermarket-ramen.

Inbouw

Het raam wordt gemonteerd met een klemsysteem en neopreen afdichtingsrubber. Structurele aanpassingen aan het voertuig zijn niet nodig. De montageset bevat:

  • Ø 4,2 mm boor
  • Koker Dowsil 791
  • Kwast
  • Afstrijkrubber voor de kit

De montageset wordt niet standaard meegeleverd, maar wél altijd aangeboden in de offerte.

Waarschuwing: Het is belangrijk dat producten van Explore Glazing op een correcte en veilige manier worden gemonteerd. Onzorgvuldige montage kan leiden tot ongevallen en ernstige schade en/of letsel aan uzelf of anderen. Als u geen technische ervaring hebt of niet bekend bent met onze algemene montage-instructies, raden wij aan de installatie te laten uitvoeren door een professioneel bedrijf.

Hello Explore Glazing, After years of restoring, the time had come this summer. Our Land Cruiser HJ61 Build is Road ready, and we were able to test our setup for the first time. Of course your Gullwings were there...we had just one opinion…of all the upgrades our vehicle has received, your windows are among our favorites. They give us quick and easy access to our luggage compartment. At the same time, we've come to appreciate the Overland Package. There's always a place to park things, which is unbeatable given the limited options in a camping situation. I’ve been running the Jimny Gullwing for a few years now and I’m still delighted with the fit and finish. I live near the coast with salty air that often takes its toll on metals. This Gullwing still looks like new, operates flawlessly. I opted for the drop table additional accessory and it’s something I use even more than the Gullwing window. At camp it makes for a super useful shelf and on the go it’s the perfect platform for a side-of-the-road coffee. 5* product and customer service to match. Cheers from the UK

I recently purchased a 2011 G550 with the gull wing windows and window guards installed. (There are photos of the vehicle on the website) I was in need of replacement spring latches as the terrible salt used on Montana roads had corroded the existing latches. I emailed Explore Glazing for help. My request was answered by Anja Seijn. She was very helpful and arranged getting the needed parts to me in Montana. The parts arrived yesterday via FedEx.
