Toyota Land Cruiser 75er & 78er Serie – Gullwing-Fenster Aluminium - hinten

Das Aluminium-Gullwing-Fenster für die hintere Seitenpartie des Toyota Land Cruiser 75 oder 78 ersetzt das originale Glas und lässt sich nach oben öffnen. Es bietet schnellen Zugriff auf Ausrüstung, Werkzeug oder Innenraum – ideal für Overlander, mobile Werkstattlösungen oder Tourenfahrzeuge.

Es sind keine Modifikationen an der Karosserie erforderlich. Für eine zuverlässige Abdichtung muss jedoch der Karosserieflansch, auf dem das originale Fenster sitzt, vor der Montage plan gemacht werden.

Konstruktion

  • Material: 5 mm Aluminiumplatte
  • Rahmen: schwarz pulverbeschichtetes Aluminium (RAL 9005)
  • Öffnungsmechanismus: zwei vormontierte Gasdruckfedern
  • Verschluss: zwei abschließbare Kompressionsverschlüsse mit integrierter Dichtung
  • Abdichtung: TPE-Dichtprofil mit Luftkammern, entwickelt für Offroad-Bedingungen

  • Die angegebenen Maße beziehen sich auf die innere Einbauöffnung. Der Außenrahmen ragt an allen Seiten 15 mm darüber hinaus.

Einbau

Das Aluminium-Gullwing-Fenster wird in die originale Öffnung des hinteren Seitenfensters montiert. Der Flansch der Karosserie, auf dem das Originalfenster montiert ist, ist leicht gewölbt und muss für eine zuverlässige Abdichtung plan gemacht werden. Die Innen- und Außenhaut der Karosserie sind punktverschweißt, was zu kleinen Maßabweichungen führen kann. Das Fenster sollte sorgfältig zentriert werden.

Die Abdichtung erfolgt mit geschlossenzelligem Neoprenschaum. Befestigt wird das Fenster mit M4×20 Edelstahlschrauben und professionellem Dichtkleber. Keine Karosseriemodifikationen notwendig. Vollständig vormontiert geliefert.

Ein Montageset ist auf Anfrage erhältlich und enthält:

  • Bohrer Ø 4,2 mm
  • Kartusche Dowsil 791
  • Pinsel
  • Abziehgummi für überschüssigen Dichtstoff

Schwarz pulverbeschichtete Edelstahlschrauben sind optional erhältlich und werden standardmäßig im Angebot berücksichtigt.

Die Montage sollte sorgfältig durchgeführt werden. Eine fehlerhafte Installation kann zu Undichtigkeiten oder Schäden führen. Montagevideos finden Sie auf dem YouTube-Kanal von Explore Glazing.

Hello Explore Glazing, After years of restoring, the time had come this summer. Our Land Cruiser HJ61 Build is Road ready, and we were able to test our setup for the first time. Of course your Gullwings were there...we had just one opinion…of all the upgrades our vehicle has received, your windows are among our favorites. They give us quick and easy access to our luggage compartment. At the same time, we've come to appreciate the Overland Package. There's always a place to park things, which is unbeatable given the limited options in a camping situation. I’ve been running the Jimny Gullwing for a few years now and I’m still delighted with the fit and finish. I live near the coast with salty air that often takes its toll on metals. This Gullwing still looks like new, operates flawlessly. I opted for the drop table additional accessory and it’s something I use even more than the Gullwing window. At camp it makes for a super useful shelf and on the go it’s the perfect platform for a side-of-the-road coffee. 5* product and customer service to match. Cheers from the UK

I recently purchased a 2011 G550 with the gull wing windows and window guards installed. (There are photos of the vehicle on the website) I was in need of replacement spring latches as the terrible salt used on Montana roads had corroded the existing latches. I emailed Explore Glazing for help. My request was answered by Anja Seijn. She was very helpful and arranged getting the needed parts to me in Montana. The parts arrived yesterday via FedEx.
