Suzuki SJ413 Metal Top - Gullwing-Fenster - aluminium

Das Explore Glazing Aluminium-Gullwing-Fenster bietet eine praktische Lösung für den Suzuki SJ413 Metal Top und ermöglicht einen schnellen und einfachen Zugang zum Laderaum.
Das Fenster öffnet sich nach oben mit gasunterstützten Streben und verschließt sicher mit verriegelbaren Kompressionsverschlüssen.

Die 5 mm starke Aluminiumplatte wird CNC-geschnitten und in einen Aluminiumrahmen aus speziell entwickelten Strangpressprofilen eingesetzt.
Beide Bauteile sind mit einer mattschwarzen industriellen Pulverbeschichtung (RAL 9005) versehen.

Das Gullwing-Fenster entspricht den Originalabmessungen der Seitenscheibe des SJ413 Metal Top und erfordert keine Änderungen an der Karosserie.

Die komplette Einheit wird vormontiert geliefert und ist bereit zur Installation.

Kompatibilität

  • Geeignet für Suzuki SJ413 Metal Top (3-Türer Hardtopmodelle mit festem Dach).
  • Erhältlich für linke und rechte Fahrzeugseite.
  • Fenster sind seitenabhängig und nicht austauschbar.

Dieses Gullwing-Fenster ist für den Suzuki SJ413 Metal Top entwickelt, Teil der zweiten Jimny-Generation (1981–1998).
International bekannt als:

  • Samurai Tintop (USA)
  • JA11 oder JA71 Jimny (Japan)
  • Santana Samurai (Europa)

Nur für 3-Türer Hardtopmodelle geeignet.
Nicht kompatibel mit Softtops oder Pick-up-Varianten.

Konstruktion

  • Das Gullwing-Fenster besteht aus einer CNC-geschnittenen 5 mm Aluminiumplatte, montiert in einem Aluminiumrahmen aus speziell entwickelten Strangpressprofilen.
  • Sowohl die Platte als auch der Rahmen sind mit einer mattschwarzen industriellen Pulverbeschichtung (RAL 9005) versehen.
  • Die Gasdruckfedern und die verriegelbaren Kompressionsverschlüsse sind vormontiert.

Einbau

Das Gullwing-Fenster wird mit M4x16 Edelstahlschrauben montiert und mit Dowsil 791 witterungsbeständigem Silikon abgedichtet.

Benötigtes Werkzeug:

  • Ø 4,2 mm Bohrer
  • Kartusche Dowsil 791 Silikon
  • Pinsel und Abziehgummi

Das Montageset ist standardmäßig nicht enthalten, wird jedoch im Angebot berücksichtigt.
Auf Wunsch können die Edelstahlschrauben schwarz pulverbeschichtet geliefert werden.

Hello Explore Glazing, After years of restoring, the time had come this summer. Our Land Cruiser HJ61 Build is Road ready, and we were able to test our setup for the first time. Of course your Gullwings were there...we had just one opinion…of all the upgrades our vehicle has received, your windows are among our favorites. They give us quick and easy access to our luggage compartment. At the same time, we've come to appreciate the Overland Package. There's always a place to park things, which is unbeatable given the limited options in a camping situation. I’ve been running the Jimny Gullwing for a few years now and I’m still delighted with the fit and finish. I live near the coast with salty air that often takes its toll on metals. This Gullwing still looks like new, operates flawlessly. I opted for the drop table additional accessory and it’s something I use even more than the Gullwing window. At camp it makes for a super useful shelf and on the go it’s the perfect platform for a side-of-the-road coffee. 5* product and customer service to match. Cheers from the UK

I recently purchased a 2011 G550 with the gull wing windows and window guards installed. (There are photos of the vehicle on the website) I was in need of replacement spring latches as the terrible salt used on Montana roads had corroded the existing latches. I emailed Explore Glazing for help. My request was answered by Anja Seijn. She was very helpful and arranged getting the needed parts to me in Montana. The parts arrived yesterday via FedEx. My experience dealing with Explore Glazing was very positive. I am confident that should I have the need for parts or accessories in the future, Explore Glazing will be my first choice.
