Suzuki Jimny FJ - Explore Overlander Light - klappbarer Fensterschutz / Tisch

Der Explore Overlander Light ist ein optionaler klappbarer Tisch und Fensterschutz für Explore Glazing Gullwing- und Schiebefenster des Suzuki Jimny FJ (JB43).
Er kombiniert Fensterschutz mit praktischen Befestigungsmöglichkeiten für Expeditionsausrüstung.

Die Montage erfolgt direkt am Explore Glazing-Fensterrahmen, ohne Bohren oder Änderungen an der Karosserie. So bleibt die Fahrzeugstruktur vollständig erhalten und Korrosionsschäden werden vermieden.
Das kompakte Design erhält die volle Funktionalität des Fensters.

  • Geeignet für Explore Glazing Gullwing-Fenster (Aluminium und Glas) und Schiebefenster für den Suzuki Jimny FJ (JB43).
    (Nicht kompatibel mit OEM-Seitenscheiben.)

Konstruktion

  • Der Explore Overlander Light wird CNC-geschnitten aus einer 5 mm starken Aluminiumplatte und mit einer mattschwarzen Pulverbeschichtung (RAL 9005) versehen.
  • Die Befestigung erfolgt direkt am Explore Glazing-Fensterrahmen ohne Karosserieeingriffe.
  • Verstellbare Nylonbänder mit Edelstahlhaken ermöglichen variable Öffnungswinkel oder vollständiges Zusammenklappen.

Kompatibles Zubehör

  • Airline-Schienen (L-Track)
    Set mit 2 Stück, Aluminium EN AW-6063 T66, mattschwarze Pulverbeschichtung (RAL 9005).
    Abmessungen: 28 mm x 11 mm (B/H), Lochdurchmesser 20 mm, Lochabstand 25 mm.
    Befestigungsschrauben M5x8 aus Edelstahl enthalten.
  • Explore Overlander Pack
    Set bestehend aus:
    • 4 × Single Stud Airline Fittings (schwarzes Kunststoffgehäuse, 500 daN)
    • 4 × Flügelschrauben M8x25 (verzinkter Stahl)
    • 4 × Flügelschrauben M8x50 (verzinkter Stahl)
    • 4 × abschließbare M8-Sterngriffe (schwarzer Kunststoff)
    • 2 × klappbare Schlüssel

Zubehör wird immer im Angebot berücksichtigt.

Einbau

Der Explore Overlander Light wird als Do-it-yourself-Montageset für die direkte Befestigung an Explore Glazing-Fenstern geliefert.

Erforderliches Werkzeug:

  • Ø 4,2 mm Bohrer
  • Ø 5,0 mm Bohrer
  • M5-Gewindebohrer
  • Torx-Bit (tamper-resistant)

Das Montageset wird standardmäßig im Angebot aufgeführt.

Hello Explore Glazing, After years of restoring, the time had come this summer. Our Land Cruiser HJ61 Build is Road ready, and we were able to test our setup for the first time. Of course your Gullwings were there...we had just one opinion…of all the upgrades our vehicle has received, your windows are among our favorites. They give us quick and easy access to our luggage compartment. At the same time, we've come to appreciate the Overland Package. There's always a place to park things, which is unbeatable given the limited options in a camping situation. Explore Glazing makes excellent products to improve the functionality of vehicles. I have been very pleased with the sliding windows and guards that I ordered from them for my Jeep Wrangler. I’ve been running the Jimny Gullwing for a few years now and I’m still delighted with the fit and finish. I live near the coast with salty air that often takes its toll on metals. This Gullwing still looks like new, operates flawlessly. I opted for the drop table additional accessory and it’s something I use even more than the Gullwing window. At camp it makes for a super useful shelf and on the go it’s the perfect platform for a side-of-the-road coffee. 5* product and customer service to match. Cheers from the UK

I recently purchased a 2011 G550 with the gull wing windows and window guards installed. (There are photos of the vehicle on the website) I was in need of replacement spring latches as the terrible salt used on Montana roads had corroded the existing latches. I emailed Explore Glazing for help. My request was answered by Anja Seijn. She was very helpful and arranged getting the needed parts to me in Montana. The parts arrived yesterday via FedEx. My experience dealing with Explore Glazing was very positive. I am confident that should I have the need for parts or accessories in the future, Explore Glazing will be my first choice.
