Toyota Land Cruiser Series 80 - Explore Overlander Light - klappbarer Fensterschutz / Tisch

Der Explore Overlander Light kombiniert eine funktionale Klapptischplatte mit integriertem Fensterschutz. Er wird direkt auf dem Aluminiumrahmen des Explore Glazing-Fensters am Toyota Land Cruiser 80 montiert – ohne Kontakt zur Karosserie und ohne Bohren im Fahrzeug selbst.

Alle Scharniere, Schlösser und Befestigungen werden am Fensterprofil angebracht. Ausgeklappt dient der Overlander Light als Arbeitsfläche oder Montageplattform. Im geschlossenen Zustand bleibt die Einheit innerhalb des Fensterrahmens und stört weder Türen noch Sicht oder Karosseriestruktur.

Eine robuste, vielseitige Lösung für Reisen, Expeditionen oder beruflichen Einsatz.

Konstruktion

  • 5 mm CNC-gefrästes Aluminium
  • Mattschwarze Pulverbeschichtung (RAL 9005). Die industrielle Beschichtung ist UV-beständig und wetterfest.
  • Zinkdruckguss-Scharniere mit Edelstahlteilen
  • Gelochtes Panel mit Tageslichtmuster (passend zu Fensterschutz)
  • 20 mm Befestigungslöcher für Gurte, Halterungen oder Ausrüstung
  • Kompatibel mit L-Track / Airline-Schienen (optional)
  • Aufbauhöhe am Fenster: nur 16 mm

Einbau

DIY-Zubehör zur direkten Befestigung am Fensterrahmen. Keine Änderungen am Fahrzeug notwendig. Erforderlich:

  • Ø 4,2 mm Bohrer
  • Ø 5,0 mm Bohrer
  • M5 Gewindebohrer
  • Manipulationssicherer Torx-Bit

Das Montageset ist im Angebot enthalten.

Hinweis: Produkte von Explore Glazing müssen korrekt und sicher montiert werden. Eine unsachgemäße Montage kann zu Unfällen sowie Schäden und/oder Verletzungen führen. Wenn Sie keine technischen Kenntnisse besitzen oder mit unseren allgemeinen Anleitungen nicht vertraut sind, empfehlen wir die Installation durch eine Fachwerkstatt.

Hello Explore Glazing, After years of restoring, the time had come this summer. Our Land Cruiser HJ61 Build is Road ready, and we were able to test our setup for the first time. Of course your Gullwings were there...we had just one opinion…of all the upgrades our vehicle has received, your windows are among our favorites. They give us quick and easy access to our luggage compartment. At the same time, we've come to appreciate the Overland Package. There's always a place to park things, which is unbeatable given the limited options in a camping situation. I’ve been running the Jimny Gullwing for a few years now and I’m still delighted with the fit and finish. I live near the coast with salty air that often takes its toll on metals. This Gullwing still looks like new, operates flawlessly. I opted for the drop table additional accessory and it’s something I use even more than the Gullwing window. At camp it makes for a super useful shelf and on the go it’s the perfect platform for a side-of-the-road coffee. 5* product and customer service to match. Cheers from the UK

I recently purchased a 2011 G550 with the gull wing windows and window guards installed. (There are photos of the vehicle on the website) I was in need of replacement spring latches as the terrible salt used on Montana roads had corroded the existing latches. I emailed Explore Glazing for help. My request was answered by Anja Seijn. She was very helpful and arranged getting the needed parts to me in Montana. The parts arrived yesterday via FedEx. My experience dealing with Explore Glazing was very positive. I am confident that should I have the need for parts or accessories in the future, Explore Glazing will be my first choice.
